Our practitioners will assist with taking or referring for the required tests to determine appropriate care:

  • Blood tests
  • Ultrasounds
  • X-Rays

Filling Out Forms

Medications & Vaccines

We can assist in filling out forms needed for accessing specific benefits and accomodations including:

  • Addictions related treatment centres
  • Ontario Disability and Support Program (ODSP)
  • Ontario Works (OW)
  • Student Aid

*Please note: Forms will only be completed for those WITHOUT a primary physician. Some fees may apply.

Our interdisciplinary team can collaborate to provide the care needed for a wide array of mental health related disorders.

  • Issuing standardized tests
  • Prescribing medications & monitoring
  • Counselling for new diagnosis


Long-Term Counselling

We have a social worker on site who can provide limited amounts of long term counselling related to the following:

  • Stress
  • Relationship challenges
  • Anxiety & Depression
  • Grief
  • Anger Management
  • Post-treatment addictions support
  • and more

Short-term Counselling

Short-term Counselling

Our social worker can also assist with short-term accute psychosocial problems including:

  • Rapid assessment & referrals to appropriate long-term services such as financial assistance, treatment & detox programs, opiate replacement therapy, housing and case management.
  • Crisis counselling & stabilization (limited same day spots available).
  • System Navigation
