Anyone can come to this clinic as long as they are not attached to another primary care provider. Populations we serve include:
You do not need to have a health card to receive care from our clinic. You will need to have a conversation with the provider you see as to the extent of care we are able to provide if you are not registered with OHIP, some fees may apply for some services.
Generally speaking, no. Some services like non-insured forms may have a fee, which your provider will inform you of prior to issuance. We are funded through the ministry of health in Ontario and as such anything covered under OHIP will be recognized.
No, we will not refill medications or fill out forms, including ODSP assessment forms, if you have a provider somewhere else. This includes providers offering primary care from walk-in clinics.
